Tunebout is a one-person side project. There's no support team and no ticket queue, but the inbox is read by an actual human and the replies are usually quick.

Feedback from people actually using the site is the most useful thing in the world for a project like this, so don't worry about whether your message is "important enough" — send it anyway.
